The hotel will open early 2012, situated on 60m Street Erbil with 80 bedrooms rooms, offering a choice of accommodation spacious with large double beds, single all with on suite bathrooms. Non smoking and disabled facilities are available, satellite T/V channels and internet connection, all rooms have electronic locking door systems and the hotel offers a 24 hour room service.

 The hotel will be managed by experienced hotel staff, recruited from established hotels, with customer service as a top priority. Within easy reach of the city centre, Erbil International Airport and the nearby Family Mall Shopping Centre.

 The hotel also has meeting rooms for up to 50 delegates all fitted with the latest audio, video conferencing facilities. 24 hour in house dining includes a restaurant and coffee shop facilities offering a wide choice of menus.
