After inheriting his fathers business in 19... he continued to develop the family trading company in Iraq, always ensuring he looked after the family that was left after the war tragedies in Kurdistan. Starting work at the age of ...... he saw over the coming years the other business opportunities in Iraq particularly in the construction industry.
Establishing Darin Co in 19.. now know as Darin Group because of the companies diversification, he had a vision to build a business for the benefit of not only the company but also in the interests of the needs of Iraq. His ability to seeing the ways to achieve the desired results through negotiation and partnerships, has created divisions, including factories to produce, Steel, Cement, M2, Hollow Core, Flour, Ice Cream. In addition to Shopping Mall and Hotel projects, also large villa housing project for lower income families, again demonstrating his desire to help his fellow countrymen.
His hands on approach stimulates his team to produce excellent standards of work and services to the companies clients, has established his company in great esteem in Iraq.

Waleed Mustafa is a 2005 graduate of the Technical Institute IT of Erbil Iraq. Having joined Darin Group in 2001, Waleed has played a key role as a major driving force behind the growth and development of the company as business development manager, which has lead to the peak position it is in today.
Along with the Chairman he was a part of the Operation of Iraqi Freedom in 2003, with particular focus on the renovation of Erbil International Airport. In his role as Deputy Chairman & business development manager he upholds a daily working relationship with the group's Chairman and other company executives ensuring the company's corporate policies are adhered to and developed.
Some major achievements include the likes of Shopping Malls, Hotels of international standard, housing complexes and experience in end-to-end Telecom Sector. Waleed is currently the head of Darin Groups Management and Telecom Division, which is the exclusive contractor of Iraq for Korek Telecom network communications.

Having worked in six different countries Bob has added his wide management experience to further the business interests of the Darin Group team here in Iraq. Now in the pipeline the two new shopping malls in Sulamania and Dohuk, he will play a major role in opening of these two new retail ventures for the company, again showing his usual enthusiasm for new project openings.

Starting with small housing projects in a site engineering position and a similar position in the Korek Tower division, then various warehouse and factory construction projects as part of Darin Group consultancy team. Jamal then was instrumental in his position of Project Manager of the Family Fun amusement park and the Family Mall Shopping Mall. These two projects are the largest in Iraq of there kind and are a testament to his profession project control which are now a hallmark of the Darin Group`s construction achievements in Iraq.

In the company she is the daily support for the Chairman and the senior management personnel in her executive position. Her knowledge of tender and all types of project bidding documents is key to the success of the large and small project undertaken by the Darin Group. Her role also includes many daily administration duties and is part of various management meetings adding her translation skills in which she excels.
